Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura is a particular form of thrombotic microangiopathy, characterized by petechial lesions, anemia, renal failure and fluctuating mental status. It is usually associated with an infection, drugs, or neoplasias. Confusing and rare, it is a real diagnostic challenge.

Necrobiosis Lipoidica (NL) is a rare granulomatous skin condition typically occurring in lower extremities. We report an atypical case of NL and we highlight the role of dermoscopy in the diagnostic approach.

Drug-induced photosensitivity is a common problem that may be encountered with a variety of medications. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as naproxen and ketoprofen are notable examples. Herein we describe an uncommon manifestation of photosensitivity related to ketoprofen.

T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is frequently revealed by a mediastinal mass or peripheral lymphadenopathy. Skin lesions in T-LBL usually present as multiple nodules associated with multiple peripheral lymphadenopathy and bone marrow invasion. Our patient is particular by the revealing presentation of the lesions as Cutis verticis gyrate.
