Ulick syndrome, also called apparent mineralocorticoid excess is an autosomal recessive disorder that causes severe hypertension with polyurea, polydipsia , and other symptoms. We report a case report of two dichorionic diamniotic twins from a first-degree consanguineous couple who suffered from variable symptoms of Ulick syndrome.

Progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC) is an abnormality in the formation and secretion of bile components and bile acids.We present a case of a 6-years-old female with Type 3 of PFIC which was confirmed via detecting pathogenic variants in the ABCB4 gene.

Pena-Shokeir Syndrome is considered to be a fatal congenital condition that is rarely diagnosed in neonates. We present the first ever reported case of Pena-Shokeir Syndrome from Syria. Both clinical assessment and early prenatal diagnosis are necessary to give more realistic options for the mother and the baby.

Scalp avulsion injuries are one of the life-threatening traumatic injuries. There are no clear guidelines to determine which reconstructive method is superior to another in each condition. Our case demonstrates that relatively primitive methods like skin grafting can give greater results if done with circumspection.
