Iliac bone involvement is an exceptional location for hydatidosis. The clinical evolution is insidious and the appearance of clinical signs is late after rupture of the cortical bone and invasion of the soft tissues, making its management cumbersome and difficult.

Jejunal diverticulitis is a rare condition and usually occurs in the elderly. Its association with extensive diverticulosis is exceptional and makes the management more challenging. We report a case of a 74-year-old man with perforated jejunal diverticulitis with extensive diverticulosis who underwent a surgical management.

Stump appendicitis has been reported after either open or laparoscopic appendectomy. Because of the low index of suspicion owing to a previous history of appendectomy, the diagnosis is often delayed and complications can occur. We report a 30-year-old patient with Stump appendicitis, who underwent completion appendectomy laparoscopally.

Obturator hernia is a rare condition. It is more commun in women than men owing to their greater width of the pelvis and larger obturator canal. We report 2 cases of strangulated obturator hernia, which were preoperatively diagnosed, in 2 female patients without previous history of abdominal surgery.

Isolated cecal necrosis is a rare variant of ischemic colitis which typically simulates the presentation of acute appendicitis. The elderly population is the most affected. We report 2 cases of isolated caecal necrosis, which were preoperatively diagnosed, in 2 female patients with a history of hypertension and renal failure.
