Introduction: Leadless pacemakers implantation relies on a femoral vein approach, which may not always be feasible; additionally, pacing after tricuspid valve surgery presents challenges due to the risk of lead-related complications and in such cases, a completely intracardiac device may be considered. Methods and Results: we describe a case of Micra
