I (Dr. Ashenafi Woldemichael Woime) am serving as an Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management and a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Health. My educational journey began at Addis Ababa University, where I developed a strong foundation in Christianity. My research spans various fields, including emotional intelligence (EI), human resource audits, climate change, and the impact of media on social values. I am particularly focused on the interplay between emotional intelligence and conflict management, exploring their roles in enhancing job satisfaction and teamwork within organizational settings. My notable publications include a systematic review titled "The Role of Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management in Job Satisfaction and Teamwork," published in April 2025. This work synthesizes findings from multiple databases, such as SAGE and Elsevier, to highlight the critical importance of EI and conflict management in fostering positive work environments. Another significant study assesses bacterial hand contamination among food handlers in Hosanna Town, addressing public health concerns in Ethiopia. I have also investigated Innovation for Climate Change Adaptation: A Meta-Analysis and Five-Year Trend Analysis of Malaria Cases in Hosanna Health Center, Central Ethiopia
