The examination explores the execution of each track, its effect on the outcomes of learning, and the impediments that are looked by students from different nations. The mixed-methods study involved 150 international medical students across three major medical universities, utilizing stratified random sampling to ensure diverse representation. Quantitative methods assessed academic performance and student satisfaction before and after implementing the model, while qualitative interviews and focus groups explored students’ perceptions and experiences. Results indicate significant improvements in academic performance post-implementation, with average grades increasing in key subjects. Student satisfaction also improved, particularly in areas of content delivery and interaction. Regression analysis identified student engagement and satisfaction as strong predictors of academic success. Furthermore, the model positively impacted retention, evidenced by decreased dropout rates and increased completion rates. These findings suggest that the ”Three-Track Teaching Model” is an effective strategy for addressing the unique challenges faced by international students in online learning environments. The model’s emphasis on tailored content delivery, interactive engagement, and comprehensive support mechanisms significantly benefits academic achievement and student retention. The study highlights the potential for scaling and adapting the model across various educational contexts to enhance the effectiveness of online education.
