AbstractEffective management of lessons learned is crucial for continuous improvement in project management, yet practical frameworks for operationalizing these lessons remain underdeveloped. This article introduces the Project Integrated Lessons Learned (PILL) Framework, a novel approach designed to systematically capture, analyze, and integrate lessons learned across the project lifecycle. It details the development and theoretical underpinnings of the PILL Framework, drawing on evidence-based management principles and organizational culture impacts. Through a series of structured processes—from identification and capture to analysis and integration—this framework aims to enhance organizational learning and project success. Keywords: lessons learned, knowledge integration, project management, organizational learning, evidence-based management, project outcomes, framework implementation, continuous improvement
