Silent left ventricular thrombus(LVT) in people with normal cardiac function without any history of cardiac diseases is rare and dangerous. The current standard treatment strategy for LVT is anticoagulation therapy. Nevertheless, surgical intervention should be considered if systemic embolism emerged.
