Introduction-Ganglioneuroma is the most common tumour of sympathetic nervous system in the adults.It is benign in its course with most common site of occurrence is in the posterior mediastinum and retroperitoneal region. It originates from the neural crest sympathogonia. Pelvic Ganglioneuromas usually mimic as ovarian masses.Here We report a patient operated with the diagnosis of ovarian tumor which had a pelvic ganglioneuroma.
