This paper studies the unreliable M/G /1 retrial queuing system with impatient customers and preventive maintenance. The performance analysis of this system has been carried out in a recent paper by Aissani et al [1]. In this article, we find the stationary distribution of the numbers of customers in the orbit at the service completion epoch.
