Objectives of the review: Ebstein’s anomaly (EA) is an uncommon, congenital heart malformation that occurs in 1% of congenital heart disease cases. Depending on the severity of anatomical malformations, and haemodynamic consequence, also some anomalies which are associated with EA, natural history and the clinical presentation of patients is extremely variable. How to manage these patients during pregnancy or approach to patients who are planning to become pregnant is an important issue. Methods used to conduct the review: Here, we review of the literatures existing on this subject to discuss how to approach to Ebstein’s anomaly in pregnancy or known patients who plans for pregnancy also report three different real cases of Ebstein’s anomaly in pregnancy for better description this subject. Findings of the review: Pregnancy in Ebstein’s anomaly, is well tolerated most of the time, However, the maternal risks of pregnancy co-relate well with the severity of anatomical malformations also presence of cyanosis or simultaneous other cardiac anomalies. Interpretations and implications of the findings: Pregnant patients with complex congenital heart disease requires close follow up in expert centers.
