FABIAN JOHN received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, Germany in 2012. He absolved the certificate program medical physics and engineering at the University of Technology in Kaiserslautern, Germany. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck, Germany.
From 2012 to 2019, he was Team and Project Leader and Developer for test engineering of electronic components for automotive industries and for production and quality assurance tools for medical laboratory devices. From 2019, he is Research Associate at the Center of Excellence CoSA at the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck, Germany. His research interest includes mobile communications, 5G, contactless object detection and localization in underwater and medical applications.
