polysplenia syndrome is a quite rare disease. It's generally happened in children and female with high mortality. Thus, PS happened to a 74-year-old male is extraordinarily rare. Herein, we report the clinical and imaging features of a patient with polysplenia syndrome. We also review the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and imaging.
