The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates an annual prevalence of 0.3% [1]. Typhoid fever can affect multiple organ systems and lead to complications, including sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL), though this is rare [2,3]. This report presents a young adult with SNHL following typhoid fever, highlighting a unique and uncommon clinical course.
