Abstract: Congenital mesoblastic nephroma is a rare neoplasm of kidney. It is the most common renal tumor in the neonatal period. We report a case of mesoblastic nephroma in a term baby , who had presented with an abdominal lump and was treated with Nephrectomy. A brief review of literature is also added.
