Waldmann’s disease (WD) is an exudative intestinal disorder that affects children or young adults, causing protein deficiency, lymphopenia and malabsorption of fat-soluble vitamins. We describe a case of a 19–year-old male with a history of WD since the age of 6 months associated with cutaneous eruption of the scrotum

Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign skin granulomatous, with, usually, unknown cause. Few challenging cases of GA have been reported in the literature mimicking sarcoidosis. We describe a rare clinical presentation of GA mimicking cutaneous sarcoidosis.

Granuloma annulare is a benign inflammatory skin disease. Here, we report an atypical clinical presentation of localized GA associated with cysts and open comedones in a 85-year-old woman.
