Anomalies of the umbilical vein are increasingly recognized on prenatal ultrasound examination. Their hemodynamic importance as well as association with other anomalies are not completely understood yet. We report an unusual case of anomalous drainage of the umbilical vein to the right iliac vein and discuss its potential clinical implications

Spatio-temporal imaging correlation (STIC) technology has been employed to visualize the fetal heart for close to two decades, but the additional value of the technology remains debatable. The value of the technology in identifying the morphology of the cardiac valves is being recognized. We report a 21-week gestational age fetus with common arterial trunk where STIC imaging enabled us to identify a bicuspid arterial valve.

Isolated TAPVC is difficult to diagnose on a prenatal ultrasound as standard obstetric screening views are often normal. We present a case of isolated infra-cardiac TAPVC highlighting the utility of STIC imaging in the diagnosis ofTAPVC

Dilated cardiomyopathy in infants could potentially be secondary to structural heart diseases such as LV outflow obstruction and ALCAPA. These conditions can be diagnosed by a dedicated echocardiogram. When such an evaluation was not possible, a postmortem echocardiogram could potentially provide clues about the possibility of a structural heart disease

Double Inlet Left Ventricle through a common AV valve is a rare type of functionally univentricular heart. We report a fetus with double inlet left ventricle with discordant ventriculo-arterial connection and pulmonary atresia. The anatomy was readily apparent on three dimensional rendering by spatio-temporal imaging correlation technique(STIC)
