Neurinomas are tumors of Schwann cells of the peripheral nerve sheath. Sacral location is rarely reported especially in spondyloarthritis patients. Herein, we report a case of uncommon pygalgia in a 25-year-old man with history of a non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis and in whom the diagnosis of sacral neurinoma was established.

Reactive arthritis is a rare form of spondyloarthropathies that develops in response to a genital or intestinal infection. We report the case of a reactive arthritis with skin manifestations, occurring after a urethritis. Long term antibiotic treatment associated with sulfasalazine and diclofenac led to the control of disease activity levels.

Rheumatic manifestations can reveal hypothyroidism, such as arthritis and non-specific musculoskeletal symptoms. We report herein the case of an acute polyarthritis revealing Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Hormone replacement therapy leads to the resolution of arthritis related to Hashimoto's thyroiditis, suggesting the role of thyroid hormone in the pathogenesis of arthritis.

We report here the case of a 51-year-old man presented with inflammatory neck pain and fever. Inflammatory biomarkers were increased. The magnetic resonance imaging showed synovitis of atlanto-odontoid joint, anterior epidural collection, and cerebral vein thrombosis affecting sigmoid sinus and internal jugular venous.
