In this case report, we present a 46-year-old lady who has developed a rapidly progressive heart failure after an episode of COVID-19. The pathologic examination of her endomyocardial biopsy specimens was compatible with GCM and she was successfully treated with a combined immunosuppressive therapy regimen.

Since difficulties arise during their eruption, a plethora of surgical procedures is advocated for their management, including prophylactic extraction. The complexity of acne often makes combination therapy highly beneficial. We here show that combining FLE with low-dose isotretinoin or tetracycline leads to clearance of acne without significant adverse effects.

A 51 yo man presented with weakness and constitutional symptoms, found on labs to have EJ-antibody antisynthetase syndrome. Myopathy is usually a late manifestation of Antisynthetase syndrome and is steroid-responsive, however in our case it occurred earlier. It is important to consider Antisynthetase syndrome in patients presenting with inflammatory myopathy.

This is a 3-week-old female, her presenting complaints were low-grade fever and a blocked nose for one day. Eventually, she developed progressive desaturation, hypotension, and poor perfusion due to severe pulmonary hemorrhage. Then, she developed cardiac arrest and was declared dead.
