A 34-year-old woman was referred with a history of psoriasiform plaques
for 12 years skin biopsy was performed and a diagnosis of MF was
confirmed and treatment with PUVA, prednisolon, methotrexate, topical
ointment including ucerin, urea ad clobetasol were initiated.
