KEY CLINICAL MESSAGE:Dyskeratosis congenita (DC) is a rare multisystem disorder leading to chronic liver disease. Screening for the characteristic mucocutaneous triad of DC in patients with liver cirrhosis should not be overlooked. Though DC is an incurable disease, early diagnosis of cirrhosis is important for the timely management of complications of cirrhosis.
