Dolendra's professional experience includes his role as Manager at Presidency Business Incubation Center since April 2021, where he has demonstrated strong operational leadership by securing a 20% increase in funding for incubated startups, successfully recruited and mentored high-potential startups, and conceived and executed a comprehensive entrepreneurship development program. He also works as Associate Consultant for the Entrepreneurship Support Program of UGC Nepal, where he develops and delivers business planning training and fosters a collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem.
