45 non-radioactive amide substrates were prepared including aryl and alkyl compounds, all requiring rhodium catalysis. Upon translation to radiosynthesis, 9 11C-amide substrates were prepared in radiochemical yields of 5%-99%. [11C]N-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-methoxybenzamide was isolated with a molar activity of 267 GBq×mmol-1 and 12% yield 21 minutes from beginning of synthesis.2
