Survey and research studies in recycling and reuse of the fiber waste need to be significant in producing adoptable techniques and methods useful in industry and public policies, particularly with reference to local conditions, with economic viability, and the environment-friendly effects. The survey, material, method, output and industrial viability, in fiber waste recycling, can be more useful to enhance the fiber waste reuse and recycling in local industry. There can be examples where studies made in fiber waste recycling required more interest and work to bring the applicable results for industrial viability and environment-friendly effects in reuse or recycling of textile fibers waste. Therefore, this study considers one region, with a global perspective in textile circularity, as a case study to review how the progress made in reusing the textile fiber waste. Types of the studies addressing the fiber waste recycling and reuse, and the research work studies describing the conversion of fiber waste in any useful textile material are summarized, review, and discussed to enhance the state of the art development. This study will ultimately be useful in directing and assisting more useful research in fiber waste recycling and reuse with industrial, economic and environmental viability.N.B.
