IntroductionFluid overload-associated large B-cell lymphoma (FO-LBCL) is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), typically associated with body cavity effusions and showing indolent clinical behavior. There is no established standard treatment for this condition. This report discusses a case of FO-LBCL in a patient with cirrhosis, effectively treated with a low-dose regimen of lenalidomide, rituximab, and dexamethasone, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic option for similar cases.
