Dr Philip-Kpae F. O. is a Lecturer and Reseacher in the Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Rivers State University Port-Harcourt Nigeria with over 15years teaching experience. He holds a BEng, MEng, both from University of Port Harcourt and PhD from Chukwu Emeka Odumegu Ojukwu University Uli Anamosa State, Nigeria. He measures in Electronic and Communication Engineering. He is currently pursuing another PhD in Instrumentation and Control Engineering at University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He is a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria including Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, IEEE, NATE and a registered Engineer (COREN) etc. He is credited to over 40 published papers in international Journals. He is a board member and a reviewer with journal publishing organizations.
Dr Philip-Kpae F. O. is married with two children, Paulsmith and Precious.
