I am dedicated to promoting multidisciplinary innovation and developing technologies that bring societal benefits. I continually seek out prospects where scientific innovations can positively transform the quality of life and the environment. As a Research Fellow, I have exhibited proficiency in the domain of nanoelectronics, demonstrating a robust skill set in the fabrication of nanoscale memristive devices and analyzing their properties for advanced nonvolatile memory applications and brain-inspired neuromorphic computing systems. Additionally, my extensive knowledge and expertise in the memcapacitance effect in resistive random access memory (RRAM), self-powered devices, and wearable sensors have paved the way for innovative developments in these fields.
