In recent years, patients with left ventricular assist device (LVAD) has been increasing result of ageing population increased heart failure. LVAD implantation is a challenging operation, has lots of perioperative and post operative complications. In this case, we aimed to discuss the therapeutic approach to a patient with LVAD with ventricular fibrillation and the pathophysiology of his clinical condition.
