Here we report a case of pregnancy-associated FSHD. FSHD is one of the most common forms of muscular dystrophy with a distinctive pattern of skeletal muscle weakness and a wide spectrum of disease severity. Patient Concerns: The case of a 24-year old pregnancy woman patient with FSHD was reported. Outcomes and Conclusion: the symptoms of FSHD did not worsen during pregnancy, the contraction of uterine smooth muscle was not affected.Keywords: FSHD, pregnancy, induction of labor, second trimester,case report
