Author ProfileAbstract
Primary pancreatic lymphoma is rare and mimics adenocarcinoma of the
pancreatic head. A 47 year old lady presented with a pancreatic head
mass , diagnosed as DLBCL and was treated with R-CHOP. This case is
presented due to its rarity, and recognising NHL as a differential for a
pancreatic mass.
