A new species Thrixspermum yei is described and illustrated from Xizang, China. It is similar to T. fantasticum and T. pygmaeum but quite different from the two in having slender peduncle, white sepals and petals, golden-yellow lip (margin entire, not lobed), which disk with several tuberculate fleshy process, densely covered with yellow powder, base with a round papillary projection.
