This paper is done while I was attending my PhD lessons. It specifically deals with review of one dissertation which in turn deals with polices and practices of primary English setting. It tried to find out problems related to policy and practices of this school level.

This is an article review during my PhD classes. It is about how the distance instructor tries to adapt with the changing environment to be able to cope up with the new challenge for the successful delivering of the course being at a distance using appropriate technology.
