Robert M. Yawson, Ph.D. is a Tenured Professor and Chair of the Entrepreneurship, International Business & Strategy Department at Quinnipiac University's School of Business. He also serves as the Faculty Director of the Master of Science in Organization Leadership program. He has received numerous awards including Quinnipiac's Center for Excellence in Teaching Award in 2018 and Faculty Scholar of the Year in 2018. He serves on Quinnipiac’s Faculty Senate and has held various editorial roles including Editor-in-Chief of the Organization Management Journal. His previous work experience includes quality control and general management roles in Ghana as well as a research analyst position focused on Minnesota’s biosciences industry. He has over 120 academic publications on topics such as organizational leadership, human resource development, and emerging technologies. Dr. Yawson is a member of the Connecticut Academy of Arts and Sciences.
