I am a graduate student in the Dept. Atmospheric Science, University of Wyoming.
I am currently working with Dr. Daniel McCoy on constraining the Southern Ocean shortwave cloud feedback, an exciting and complicated topic. But I am also interested in other topics about the general perspective of understanding climate variability of our planet, including the "pattern effect"; using the Energy Balance Model (EBM) to understand the hydrological cycle and its interactions with other components of our planet; constraining climate variability from paleoclimate records, and so on.
Contact me at chuyan_tan@163.com if you feel interested in my work and these fantastic topics as well!
