Speech-induced atrial tachycardia is rarely reported worldwide, and atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia combined with speech-induced left atrial tachycardia is rarer. Herein, we describe the case of a 65-year-old man who was diagnosed with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia at admission, and atrial tachycardia occurred after radiofrequency ablation. Simultaneously, his speech was confirmed as the cause of almost persistent left atrial tachycardia. The earliest potential was mapped at the right lower pulmonary vein orifice using the CARTO system. After ablation, atrial tachycardia was terminated but the trigger mechanism remained unclear and may be related to the left atrial cardiac plexus.
