Ketorolac has wider clinical use in acute pain management due to
cost-effectiveness and safety. We report a case of anaphylaxis to
intravenous ketorolac to manage ureteric colic. Health professionals
should be aware of the anaphylactic reaction, which is rare yet
potentially fatal.
