Spinal intramedullary lipoma within the craniovertebral region is extremely rare. These lesions are often associated with spinal dysraphism. Here we present a non-dysraphic one. Our patient was a 56-year-old female who presented with progressive right shoulder pain and gait disturbance.

Here we discuss a diabetic 54 years old female presented with malignant otitis externa and bilateral facial paresis followed by cervical spondylitis and C1-C2 instability. Skull base osteomyelitis confirmed by clinical presentation, imaging, and lab data. Fortunately, she responded well to anti-bacterial and antifungal therapy.

This paper aims to introduce a patient with Chiari type 1 malformation presented with upper extremity pain and diabetes insipidus. After laboratory examinations, we confirmed central diabetes insipidus diagnosis. The patient has undergone posterior fossa decompression.in follow up patients symptoms relieved gradually.
