MCSE have been gradually applied in clinical practice. However, how to flexibly apply it to the diagnosis and treatment of CAD still needs clinical practice. Herein, we encountered a case of NSTEMI patient, who perform MCSE three times to assist in finding the pathogenesis and guiding medication
