Leukocytoclastic vasculitis is an entity that has been associated with drugs, infections, cryoglobulinemia. We are presenting a 55-year-old female who presented with a painful and pruritic rash localized in the abdomen and lower extremities that started one week after initiated atorvastatin as treatment of hyperlipidemia.

Cryptococcal meningitis is a major opportunistic infection in individuals with HIV. 36-year-old male with a past medical history of AIDSpresented with altered mental status, lumbar puncture performed showed elevated CSF opening pressure of 29 cmH2O and positive CSF and serum cryptococcal antigen, developed seizure, and posterior brain herniation.
