Ovarian torsion in pregnancy is an emergency, but it is frequently misdiagnosed because of its nonspecific symptoms. We report a pregnancy with ovarian torsion, which was previously misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis in 33-year-old G2P1 woman with the last menstrual period at 8--10 weeks.
