In this paper, we study the existence of positive periodic solutions of a singular Minkowski-curvature equation. The proof is based on the Mawhin's continuation theorem. Moreover, an example and the corresponding numerical simulations are given to illustrate our theoretical analysis. Some results in the literature are generalized and improved.
