Lipomas are the most common benign soft tissue tumors. They usually occur in areas with abundant adipose tissue. Lipomas in the sole have been seldom reported. We present a patient with tumor of the plantar aspect of the foot, which was excised and histologically confirmed as fibrolipoma.
