Ventricular outflow is a common site for idiopathic PVCs and repetitive
ventricular arrhythmias. Sites of origin of these arrhythmias may vary
from the sites of earliest activation mapped. Better definition of the
site of origin can help avoid unnecessary large volume ablation to
