Clinical key message:
Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a viral infection of the
skin.1 It is caused by the MC virus, more commonly
seen in children. The MC lesions may occur anywhere on the skin surface
but are most common in skinfolds, on the face, in the genital region,
and on the lateral trunk, thighs, and buttocks.1Herein, we describe an adult patient with an unusual distribution of MC
lesions
