Primary thyroid lymphoma is rare. We describe the case of a 65-year-old woman with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis who presented a 12-month history of neck swelling. Our investigation revealed the presence of a Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma of the thyroid which accounts for 50 to 80% of thyroid primary lymphomas.

Adrenergic myocarditis is a very rare manifestation of pheochromocytoma. On the other hand, due to the pandemic situation, COVID-19 pneumonia is now considered a differential diagnosis of patients with dyspnea. This case illustrates diagnostic difficulties of such uncommon disease during this pandemic situation.

Non-islet cell tumor hypoglycemia (NICTH) is a rare but severe complication of malignancy. We present the case of 55 year old man who was admitted for severe hypoglycemia. The diagnosis of insulinoma was ruled out. After clinical work-ups, we made the diagnosis of metastatic HCC with production of IGF-2.
