Ed in Education Management & Organization - University of Hull(1994), Ph.D. in Educational Administration & Planning, degree - University of Calabar(2010). A seasoned educational management devotee in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education University of Calabar where I presently lecture as an Associate Professor.
