Pericardial calcification (PC) typically appears following pericarditis or trauma. The etiologies of other conditions, such as chronic idiopathic pericarditis, post-cardiac surgery, and mediastinal irradiation, can result in the development of calcified pericardium. This case reports an encounter treating constrictive pericardium, which is a belt ring resulting in cardiac chamber malformation.
