We report a 60-year-old lady known to have a stable MS disease. Who
presented with right-hand weakness on the same day of COVID 19 vaccine
administration. MRI showed a relapse, and she was treated with steroids
with improvement in her symptoms. neurological side effects can occur
following COVID 19 vaccines
