Primary oral mucosal melanoma is a rare disease. Etiopathogenesis of oral mucosal melanoma (OMM) is inadequately understood. The prognosis of OMM is very poor . Due to its low incidence and late recognition, the optimal treatment modality is not well established. Surgery with free margins is the mainstay of treatment.

Candida osteomyelitis is a rare disorder. Its incidence has drastically risen during the last 3 decades. Diagnosis is delayed due to nonspecific symptoms. Thus its management is not done early which leads to increased morbidity. Here we report an immunocompetent case of candida osteomyelitis that presented with prolonged FUO.

Most of the bone metastasis origination from Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma (FTC) will present as non-solitary and non-isolated. We present an extremely unique case of an isolated and solitary lesion in an unusual site, scapula, originated from FTC presenting incredibly about ten years after the initial successful treatment.
