Primary gastric squamous cell carcinoma with a bilio-gastric fistula and
Krukenberg sydrome
Abstract
Primary squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC) of the stomach is a rare type of
gastric malignancies. Diagnosis crireria are well defined but diagnosis
is generally late made at an advanced stage with metastases explaining
it’s poor diagnosis. We report a case of gastric PSCC with a
bilio-gastric fistula and Krukenberg sydrome.
